Return & Exchanges

At ChromaKult, every item is crafted with purpose, whether it’s an original piece shipped directly from our studio or a print or merchandise fulfilled by our production partner. For original custom prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong print. If that happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement or refund, and depending on the situation, you may be asked to return the item.

For prints and merchandise, each item is printed on demand and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner.  These items are custom-made when you order, therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing error, or is not what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Just submit a request using our Return & Exchange Form within 30 days of delivery. You will be asked to include a clear photo of the issue and your order number, no need to send the item back.  We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
